Great achievement of our respected Teacher !

Dear friends,

I would like to bring to your todays one more great achievement of our respected teacher, ( samaya news channel ) In Bhadravati taluka in sanklipur village a teacher by name Phalaxappa aged 50 years, this great teacher sexually harrased a 11 year old girl and it was known to the parents. Public and parents gathered at school and ass...ulted the teacher, he was beaten by the public and as usual police came to the rescue of this great teacher and he was taken to the police custody. The senior officers of the education department told to the media that action will be taken on that teacher, i will tell you the nature of action, instantly that teacher will be kept under suspension and enquiry commission wil be set up. Then everybody will forget this incident. And the rule says that a government servant cannot be kept under suspension for more than 6 months, so after completion of 6 months he will be reinstated in the service. And he will be posted to a school as a teacher. During this 6 months period he will get 75 % of salary, sitting in the house. the enquire will continue. In the enquire commission the members will be higher officers of the education department, there are every chances for this teacher being acquitted, because this commission has no judicial power, and there will be no lawyers to plead the case, no systematic trial of the case will be done. only for the name sake 3 to 4 meetings of the commission will be conducted and commission will submit a B report and the teacher will be given a clean chit. and this teacher will get back the balance 25 % of the salary which was with held during the suspension period, and he will be posted once again in the new school, this great teacher will once again repeat the same crime, now this teacher has fully understood as how to come out of the situation.
At this juncture dear friends let us think about the mental shock that the girl underwent, a deep fear will be in the mind of that child ( once again i will write that the age of the girl was 11 years only ) that child will start to hate all the male, she will start looking to all males in that angle only, she will think that all male will do the same thing to her, she looses all hope on the entire male society, a lot of mental burden will be there on that poor girl, that child will go under depression. A deep rooted feeling of fear will be there on the mind of that child, and dear friends please think what will happen to the parents of that child.
If our children are sick for one or two days we will be very much up set, we will run to doctors and we will buy the medicines, we will take utmost care and we will see that our child regains her health, we will forget all our other activities until our child gets well. this is a typical example of every parents, we love our children to this extent. if our children do not eat properly for one time during a day we will be upset a lot and we will make all efforts to make our child eat properly, this is the tendency of every parents. so when the parents comes to know that their child was sexually harrsed by a teacher, then please imagine the mental states of the parents, a deep shock that they will undergo, how much pain they will experience, words are short to describe that. I do not have enough words to explain the pain of those parents.
Dear friends it all happens because we are sending our daughters to school. But it is unavoidable; we have to send them to school. so how we can stop the repeatation of such incidents in future. during last two months nearly 7 to 8 cases came in the media. There are so many incidents which will not come in the media, and we will never come to know it. Dear friends there should be serious punishment for this type of crime by the teachers. And as parents we should visit the schools again and again and we should convince our daughters that these teachers are criminals, rapists, and please be away from them. The greatest tragedy is that these innocent children give maximum respect to these teachers, now the time has come for us to remove that respect from the mind of our children. We should tell our daughters that these teachers are rapists, and be away from them.
